Essential Oils have so many uses! It’s crazy how many things you can do with just one oil.
Today I’m sharing all of my favorite essential oils, and how I use each one!
This oil is great for those restless nights we all have sometimes. It’s a beautiful blend of lavender, geranium, orange, chamomile, clary sage, cedarwood, and vetiver.
How I use: three drops in diffuser let diffuse throughout the night
Headaches are no joke and they always pop up when I’m trying to get stuff done. Head Aide is a blend of chamomile, grapefruit, lavender, lime, peppermint, marjoram, basil, and spearmint.
How I use: rub a drop of oil on to my temples, and back of neck. You can also add drops onto one of our body wheat bags, heat it up in a microwave and place on neck.
It took me a while to get onto the bergamot train. Everyone loved it but me! But when I diffused it for the first time I just fell in love! This is great for uplifting and building confidence!
How I use: Diffuse three drops throughout home OR two drops with two drops of grapefruit!
This is my all-time favorite oil! I’ve gone through two bottles of it because
yes, it is just THAT good.
This oils energizes, great for diffusing in the morning when getting dressed or putting make up on.
How I use: diffuse three drops OR two drops with two drops of bergamot
I use this oil just to make my house smell good. Plus it helps with headaches. (BONUS)
Also is a great overall tonic for the body

spot treating blemishes!
I learned this trick from one of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube, Desi Perkins. Its great for spot treating because of its antibacterial properties helping to rid the area of all the gunk!
How I use: on a wet tip, add one drop of tea tree and put directly onto any active breakouts.
During the school year this oil is
on my Essential oil bracelet. As the name states, it’s great for helping you focus on anything you need to get done, weather that be school work, house chores, anything! Plus it smells SO GOOD!
How I use: add one drop on an essential oil bracelet, rub in and let it diffuse throughout the school day.
