Due to the high levels of camphor, Lavender Spike provides more analgesic ( acting to relieve pain) and expectorant (a medicine that promotes the secretion of sputum by the air passages, used especially to treat coughs) properties. Basically this means that its EXCELLENT for relieving headaches and body pains. This EO is ideal for those sick days but not really the best option to help with sleepiness. Other health benefits of Lavender Spike include treatment for asthma, bronchitis, and abdominal cramps!
Being that Lemongrass is an EO... it is a plant! Along with culinary uses, Lemongrass is used as remedies for a wide range of ailments. Some of its benefits include treating nausea and stomach aches, headaches, and can be used a home cleanser! (also works wonders as a insect repellent)
Not to be confused with the unrelated tea plant that is used to make black and green tea. Tea Tree EO can provide relief form aches, pains, & sprains, but other properties include:
Antibacterial & Antiseptic (protects cuts, wounds, and bacterial infections)
Stimulate (can boost immunity & act as a shield against types of infections)
Fungicide (inhibits fungal growth and acnes diseases like Athlete's Foot)
This psychedelic EO has been known for many years as a clothing protector. Moving forward a few years, Patchouli became one of the most versatile EOs on the market. Its medicinal properties include: relief from suffering of loss or depression, anxiety, anger, acne, & works as a deodorant, insect repellent, and sedative.
Last but not least ... Rosemary, one of the most interesting health benefits of Rosemary is the ably to boost memory (perfect for studying), but it also helps to relieve pain, detoxifies the body, and heals skins conditions (such as rashes)
